It gives them an independent, evidence-led diagnosis of how their whole organisation is working, so they can make big decisions with confidence. ## The hard part: explaining the method “Organisational diagnosis” is hard to picture, and harder to buy. A wall of text would not help a busy chief executive. So the work was mostly about turning the method into something you can see in a few seconds. ![Independent View homepage on a laptop and a tablet](https://sukeshdas.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/independent-view-laptop-tablet.webp) ## What I designed - A grid of ten areas that together map the whole organisation - An evidence model that shows how every finding is checked from more than one angle: how things are designed, how people describe them and what is actually observed - The promise in five words: clarity in weeks, not months ![Independent View website on a desktop, laptop, tablet and phone](https://sukeshdas.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/independent-view-featured.webp) ## Six pages Home, About, What We Do and How It Works answer the practical questions in order. Talk to Us is a contact form, and Book a Call lets a leader request a time that the team confirms by email. WhatsApp is there for anyone who prefers a quick message. ![Independent View website sections laid out at an angle](https://sukeshdas.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/independent-view-pages-grid.webp) ## Why Squarespace A consultancy wants a site that looks considered and stays out of the way. Squarespace gave us a stable base with forms and hosting built in, and the founder can edit any page. Deep navy, soft gold and cream with Georgia headings set a measured, trustworthy tone. ![Independent View website on three phones](https://sukeshdas.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/independent-view-phones-float.webp) ## The result A calm site that makes an abstract service feel concrete. It scores 100 for SEO and best practices in Google Lighthouse, and the main content appears in 1.5 seconds on desktop. Consultant with a method that is hard to explain?
