One wants to know how their investment will be cared for. The other wants to pay rent or report a repair. Mixing the two makes both harder, so the site gives each their own door from the main menu. ![NestEgg Rental homepage on a laptop and a tablet](https://sukeshdas.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/nestegg-rental-laptop-tablet.webp) ## Seven pages - **Home** , “Your Property. Our Priority.” - **Owners** , explaining the service and the owner portal - **Tenants** , with a tenant FAQ and a button straight to the tenant portal - **Services** , the full management offer - **About** and **Contact** - **Book a Call** , for a free consultation ![NestEgg Rental website on a desktop computer, a tablet and a phone](https://sukeshdas.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/nestegg-rental-desktop-tablet-phone.webp) ## Why Squarespace The day-to-day work of rent, maintenance and statements already lives in the property management software. The website’s job is to win owners and point tenants to the right place, and Squarespace does that cleanly, with an editor the team can use themselves. ![NestEgg Rental website sections laid out at an angle](https://sukeshdas.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/nestegg-rental-pages-grid.webp) ![NestEgg Rental website on three phones](https://sukeshdas.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/nestegg-rental-phones-float.webp) ## The result Navy, gold and cream keep it solid and dependable, the way you want the people holding your keys to look. It scores 100 for SEO and best practices in Google Lighthouse, with the main content showing in 2.1 seconds on desktop. Property manager or real estate business?
