Since November 2025 I have been their Website and Marketing Manager: one person looking after the brand, the store, the code behind it, the emails, the data and the search growth. With more than 50 compounds in the catalogue, a color-coded product image system makes every product family recognizable at a glance. ### The WooCommerce store Built on XStore and Elementor Pro, with a compound library, clear categories, product comparison and a wishlist. Offline Pay for WooCommerce adds app-based payment options at checkout. A custom cost-of-goods plugin shows the real profit on every order, so decisions are based on margin, not just revenue. New tools are added as the business grows. ### Email marketing and retention Campaigns, automated flows and cart abandonment recovery bring customers back, while refer-a-friend rewards and an affiliate program turn happy customers into new ones. ### Analytics and tracking Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics track the full journey, from first visit to purchase, so every change can be measured and the next decision is based on data rather than guesswork. ### SEO and monthly care Every month: product and category content, technical SEO fixes, plugin and core updates, backups, security checks and speed tuning.
