Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. ## Software: 14-day refund window WordPress plugins, Chrome extensions, web apps and other licensed software can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. If a product doesn’t work as described, doesn’t suit your needs, or you simply changed your mind, let us know within that period and we’ll refund you. ## Squarespace snippets and code: non-refundable Squarespace snippets, CSS and code packs are delivered as source code you copy into your own site. Once delivered, they can’t be returned or disabled, so these purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing checkout for these items, you agree that delivery begins immediately and you waive any right of withdrawal. The only exceptions are a duplicate charge, or a product that was never delivered or is materially different from its description and we can’t fix it. In those cases we’ll refund you. Please browse the free snippets and previews before buying. ## Subscriptions and renewals You can cancel a subscription or license renewal at any time, and it won’t renew again. Your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Automatic renewal payments can be refunded if you request it within 14 days of the renewal date. ## After a refund Once a software refund is issued, the related license key is deactivated and access to updates, support and any paid features ends. Please remove the product from your sites and browsers. ## How to request a refund You can request a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt email, at [paddle.net](https://paddle.net), or by contacting us through the [contact page](/contact-us/) with your order number and the email used at checkout. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. ## Need help first?
