Incredible fast service. I wish I would have found him sooner. I've been breaking my head for weeks over issues with my website. He fixed everything to my liking, went above and beyond, and understood what I needed perfectly. Will definitely be using his services again. He took a huge weight off my shoulders.

OwnerBrainWaves Rehabilitation Client review

BrainWaves Rehabilitation is a speech-language pathology practice for adults and seniors in Miami. It treats stroke, brain injury, Parkinson’s, dementia, MS, ALS and head and neck cancer, in the home or by telehealth across Florida.

The goal

Families rarely search for a practice by name. They search for the problem and the place: “LSVT LOUD speech therapy Miami”, “Medicare speech therapy in Miami”, “aphasia caregiver guide”. The goal was a website that shows up for those searches and then makes the next step easy and stress-free.

How I helped

A content plan, not just pages

Alongside the core pages, Home, About, Services and Pricing, Blog and Contact, the site has around 18 articles written around real local searches, from dysphagia facts and Montessori-based therapy for dementia to speech therapy in hospice care.

Pricing and insurance in the open

Cost is the first worry, so services and pricing share one page instead of hiding behind a phone call.

Connected to the clinic

Existing clients reach their TheraPlatform portal from the menu, and a mailing list signup keeps families in touch.

Why WordPress

A content-led site needs a real blog engine, categories and clean URLs for each article, and WordPress does that better than anything else. I built it with Hello Elementor so the practice can publish and edit on its own, in a clinical but friendly blue and teal.

Where it stands

The site scores 100 for best practices and 85 for desktop speed in Google Lighthouse, and every article now works as another way in for a family looking for help.
