Victory Lap ABA is a clinician-owned provider of in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental delays, serving New York City, Long Island and New York State. It was founded by Daniel Guglielmo, BCBA.
A website that also hires
An ABA provider can only grow as fast as it can hire Behavior Technicians and BCBAs. So the website has two equal jobs: reassure families, and attract clinicians. Careers sits in the main menu, with an application form for both roles, rather than hidden in the footer.

A redesign for clinic owners too
This was a redesign of Victory Lap’s existing Squarespace site. Beyond families and recruits, the company also consults for other ABA providers, so the new site had to build trust with clinic owners, explain the consulting services clearly and show real authority, while improving the flow and readability of every page and working flawlessly on mobile. I kept the Squarespace structure clean so it can grow with new services.
Families first
The headline speaks to parents: “Leading ABA Therapy In New York, delivered home.” Insurance, telehealth and testimonials sit close behind, because those are a family’s first questions, and the phone number stays in the header for parents who would rather just call.

Everything on the site
- Home, Team and Contact
- Careers, with an application form for Behavior Technician and BCBA roles
- BCBA Exam Prep, tutoring for clinicians preparing for the exam
- Business consulting for behavioral healthcare organisations
- A blog on clinical accountability, documentation quality and AI in healthcare

Why Squarespace
With families, recruits and business clients all arriving at once, the team needs to update jobs, services and posts quickly. Squarespace makes that easy and handles hosting and security. Fresh green and sky blue on warm cream, with Fraunces headings, feel friendly and hopeful without looking childish.

Today
One brand, three audiences, each with a clear page. It scores 100 for SEO and best practices in Google Lighthouse. The best measure, though, came after launch: Daniel started referring his colleagues to me.
Growing a therapy practice and hiring at the same time? Let’s build a site that does both.
